Monday Cricket format

Hi,
can someone please tell me what the Monday night cricket format consists of? I see info for the A, B, masters and Mixed leagues in the rules but do not see anything specific regarding the format for play on the Monday Cricket league. Thanks

It is 5 singles cricket, and 5 or 6 doubles cricket, then team match of 801
