HERE IS A COPY OF THE JOB SUMMARY....
The Global Sales Representative handles incoming calls regarding the Delta product, answers questions regarding schedules and fares and books tickets. The expectation is that we sell Delta at every opportunity.
Minimum Qualifications
Ø Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or a G.E.D.
Ø Prefer two years of college and/or previous sales/customer service work experience.
Ø Must possess an excellent speaking voice and vocabulary.
Ø Candidates are required to type 20 WPM.
Ø Must be willing to work 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Ø Excellent customer service and communication skills are necessary.
Benefits
Ø $1709.76 monthly salary
Ø Salary increases at six months, 12 months, 18 months and annually thereafter through 10 ½ years.
Ø Successful applicants will receive certain world wide travel privileges and other fantastic benefits.
Schedules
Ø Must be willing to work evenings, midnights, weekends and holidays.
Ø Assigned shifts and days off after completion of training.
