Okay for all the teams who have asked to be involved which by my count is 4 for sure please post the food items that you/your team is going to bring so that we do not have 5 of the same thing. Please no more than two of the same item, i.e. potato salad etc.
The meats we will have will be brisket, ham, and smoked bologna. Bill Turney will purchase the briskets from his work and I am going to take care of getting the ham and bologna. We as teams are buying the meat to sell. Please collect $2.00 from each player and give the money to me or Bill Turney. Any left over money will be added back into the benefit money. We will have receipts for anyone who wants to see them. I also have someone to smoke the briskets for us.
Buddy is going to bring a shrimp gumbo as well.
We will need bread products of some sort, sides to go with the meat and desserts.
I will make a chocolate pudding dessert to raffle and to eat.
