I'd like to try and make a few events. But, I've got my kiddoes this weekend and I'm sure the three of us will be having our own darts competitions. haha. My two daughters are 5 & 8. Both of them already like playing darts with dad. Just gotta plaster my wall, when were done playing. LOL!! :D

If you've never been to a big tournament before, you ought to check it out. Walking into a huge hall full of dart boards is pretty exciting.

The last events Friday and Saturday nights are blind draw doubles. Good events to get your feet wet with.

Sounds cool! Maybe, Saturday night, I could take my daughters with me to check it out. That'd be a neat experience for them, as well. Is there fee's for just watching? And for the kiddoes?

No charge for watching. Also the hotel is non-smoking so you don't have to worry about the kids being around all the smoke from that many dart players.

Good point. Wow. A bunch of dart players and no smoking?? :eek: Isn't that unheard of? lol.. probably no beer, either? hahaha

Not as many FWDA players showed as we were looking for. I was hoping to be surprised, unfortunatly that didn't happen. It wasn't a bad turnout on our part, but it wasn't spectacular either.

I never got around to getting my camera out. I saw Angela with her's. There's probably several more folks too.
