Hey guys....Tonight at the board meeting I have been elected to get these guidelines together for our FWDA sponsored team for future TSTC'S.

I have lots of ideas and opinions but I would love to get your ideas, opinions, and concerns so that I can take it into consideration when putting these guidelines together.

Please email them to me at jeanninerose@sbcglobal.net or you can call me at 817-680-9613.

I think this is the best way to put together guidelines since EVERYONE will have there own opinion and ideas! Even Brian I'm sure! LOL ;)

Alright, lets start this thread the way it should start then. In the guidelines there should be something about actions/decorum. Always shake hands when you play another team, No outbursts of violent temper, (e.g. hitting the board after throwing, cussing really loud, etc..). Staying around to support your team, no running through the halls naked.

I think the main issue is that if the FWDA is going to ban someone from being on the FWDA team (if there ever is another one) then they need to notify that person they are unwelcome to participate prior to letting them try out for the team.

I think the main focus of these guidelines should be on how the shoots work and what responsibilities the teams have once the team/s are formed.

I really don't think we need to get too far into personal conduct, especially when there aren't even any games being played. We don't need any official chaperons, dress codes, alcohol limits, etc.

A few of you asked this to be posted so here are the guidelines that were given to the tryout team.

No running naked down the halls...does that include on a tread mill??? LMAO

One thing that I think is very important is participation. Once you are on a team and you are at the shoot, you must show up to each match on time and participate in that shoot. If you are unable to shoot in the match then notice must be given to the captain of your team ASAP.
