Sadly this morning at 4:30 am Bear passed away. He was such a great guy, a long time member of the FWDA and MDA and he will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and fellow teammates! I know in my heart he wasn't alone but welcomed with open arms by Karyl to comfort him and love him and walk this new journey together.
Bear was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in January and he gave it a hell of a fight. It just doesn't seem fair that we keep losing so many great friends to this awful disease!
Our thoughts go out to his family and friends...and I will update both facebook and the FWDA site as soon as we know what they are.
