I have heard frustrations with me taking this position in the fall. I have talked to Natalie in great lengths as well as some of the other board members. I want to let each of you all know that I have looked at differents ways that I can change personally to be able to help all of you all. The one thing that I can promise to you all is that I will give it my 110% and with that and some of the personal changes that I am working on I feel like I could be successful. I would like to start hearing from you all this season so I have Connie there to help assist me with different situations.
