2008 FWDA ADO QUALIFIER SINGLES LEAGUE SIGN UPS
Monday- December 31st thru Sunday-January 27th 2008
Maria George will be taking sign-ups for the 2008 FWDA ADO
Qualifier Singles League (All Stars Season 501)
Entry Fee is $55.00
Fee is due at sign-up!
*You must be a current member of an Association that is ADO affiliated!
If you do not play on an FWDA, MDA, Or DDA league it will cost an additional $10.00 to become an **FWDA Associate Member.
**An FWDA Associate Member has all privileges of a Full Member excluding league play. If the Associate Member joins an FWDA team, the remainder of the league fee will be due at that time. The membership runs from Fall to Fall each year.

Rosters will be available at the participating pubs!

The Regional for the All Stars Season will be held in Mid May, 2008

FWDA ADO Qualifier Singles League Official Rules




1. Player Eligibility
A. Players must be current FWDA paid members or may participate if they become an associate member ($10.00) at the time of roster sign ups.
2. Pub Eligibility
A. All pub owners, who wish to participate in the FWDA ADO qualifier singles league, must agree to the terms of the league and agree to the fees in writing.
3. League set-up
A. Each participating pub shall have a separate league for men and women, providing they have enough players sign up for that pub.
B. There will be no mixed leagues.
C. Leagues shall be limited to minimum of (4) players and maximum of (12) players per league.
D. If there are more than (12) players signed up to play, they will be divided up into (2) or more leagues in the same pub, by drawing names to see which league they will play on. The current ADO rep will be responsible for these drawings.
E. There are (4) seasons per year. ADO Masters, ADO All Stars, ADO U.S. Team, and ADO Cricket.
F. The length of the season shall depend on the number of players that sign up.
G. Format shall be a round robin, you play (At least 1) player per week until you have played all the players in your league (1) time.
H. Players are required to contact each other to set up a time that is good for both to play their match.
I. Players have from Monday to Sunday to play their match.
J. The player that wins the most legs is responsible for calling in the score. All scores shall be called in no later than Sun. 9:00PM during the week of play.
K. The winning player is also responsible for getting the score sheet to the ADO rep. via fax, e-mail or leaving it at a place set up by the ADO rep.
L. Any matches needing to be rescheduled for any reason, must be agreed upon by both players and approved by the ADO rep.
M. All matches must be played in the pub that you signed up to play in.
N. All matches will be (9) legs.
O. Penalty points may be given out for missed matches, late scores, or other rule violations, after a verbal warning by the ADO rep.
4. Entry Fees
A. All entry fees for men and women for each season shall be $55.00
B. This fee is to be paid in full before the start of the season, by check or money order payable to the FWDA.
C. All pubs shall pay $2.00 per player, per match, played at their pub.
D. This fee is due after the roster is turned in and the pubs are notified of the number of players playing out of their pub.
5. Qualifying
A. For every (2) players who sign up to play, (1) will qualify.
B. If any player who qualifies and can not make it to the regional, the next player in line with the most points will take their spot.
6. Rules of play
A. All of the rules of play set up by the ADO and the FWDA shall be in effect.
B. Any questions or concerns about any of the rules should be brought up to the ADO rep.
